What Causes White Thread Like Vaginal Discharge And Pain Post Mirena Coil Fitting?

Hi last year I had te mirena coil fitted in, last couple days afta I use the toilet wen I wipe myself I realise there is an stringy white discharge.. So I decided to check my coil and I felt long a metel like it didn't feel lyk the threads.. I'm in a pain today
