What Causes White Vaginal Bleeding During Periods?

Hi Doctor,
My friend had started with her periods yesterday but with lot of pain with huge white bleeding and today is second day where she is still experiencing the white bleed with pain.
She feel very much tired due to this, So please tel us whether is it ok and any natural remedies to reduce the pain that she faces.

Please suggest if any thing else can be done?
