What Causes White Vaginal Discharge, Abdominal Pain And Cramps In Back?

Hi, I m 29 and have five kids. I vaginal 3 c-section. I had a tubal 7 years ago. I ve been experiencing...discharge( clear little white) not watery but not real thick. Abdominal pain and soreness, cramps in my left lower back, frequent urination had a pap and urine test for disease and everything was fine, my doc said my uterus was swollen as if I was 10-12weeks pregnant. She ordered a ultrsound in two months. What is it most likely to be going on with me
