What Causes White Vaginal Discharge Along With Bad Odour?

Went to doctor before because my discharge was fishy smell and thick- she said is was a yeast infection so I took medicine vaginally then got my period the next day- my periods over have no itchiness or ever have but I noticed I have an orange pink bright creamy discharge/ leftover period... Not sure what is it.....
