What Causes White Vaginal Discharge And Pain In Clitoris?

i keep having a white discharge..mostly when i am either too excited or too anxious..otherwise its pretty low.lately my clitoris started to hurt as well and its kinda reddish too plus it also hurts..have this tingy burning sensation.i am tired of dirtying my panties everyday please tell me what do i do about this discharge coz it has started to worry me a little now
