What Causes White Vaginal Discharge, Lightheadedness, Nausea And Hot Flashes?

hi my name is solimari and i just had a quick quetion and i just change my doctor so i havent seen them yet so i have a discharge that can be white at times but most times clear and i get light headed and nashes and heat flashes at times i have the iud merana so i ruled out pregnant but im not a doctor hope you know what might be wrong ?
