What Causes White Vaginal Discharge Post Hysterectomy?

Hi had a laparoscopy and hysteroscopy on the 12 feb I had a polop removed and grade one endometriosis. I had a check up on my day 10 of my cycle not in march and I and follicles and all and because im 36 and wanting to fall pregnant. mr dr advise I start trying as my fsh is low and after these ops the chances of fall pregnant are good. To help me fall pregnant they gave me a menapose injection and later that pm due to my blood test of lh was good gave me an inject to make sure ovulation etc. I have had the white mucas etc and everything has been fine, last night a slight pink when wiped but that was all read up on it and it seemed normal but this morning I got out of bed to go to the loo and felt like a had wet my pants but instead it was a bit of clot and water like feeling but blood. Please can you tell me what to do and what it could be as this is my ovulation time.
