What Causes White Vaginal Discharge?

HI Doctors. i have been suffering from persistent white discharge. i have been taken antibiotics and antifungal medications several times in attempt to treat this but the discharge hasnt clearedd completely. its always there when i insert my fingers i can scrape it from the walls of my vagina. my recent usg shows little fluid in POD. my doctor has given me supositories and anti inflammation medication. should i be more concerned?
