What Causes Whitish Fleshy Skin Patches Near Vagina?

I have this whitish and fleshy skin patches near my vaginal hole. I have had sex for 3 times, with one person. And we always use protection. I am really worried. These patches are a bit rough. They re not itchy, they don t bleed. And they aren t painful. What could they be? I changed my feminine wash recently. Could that be a factor?
