What Causes Whitish Sticky Discharge With Cramping?

hi i am 36 years old i have endometriosis. but my bf went to visit me. and we were together for 1 week. and my fertile period was april 27 peak.He went back at 27th nothing happened to us. but i am cramping on and off. SORE breast and painful. my breast has a lil discharge. and i have a whitish sticky discharge too. I eat too much.
