What Causes Worsening Rashes On Inside Of Thigh, Face, Stomach And Back?

i have recently gotten a wierd rash on my inside left thigh and my face and my neck and, stomach and back and have had these two pimple looking things on my face one on my right top lip and the other on my right centre cheek and have not been able to get any medical attention from my doctor as he said these were an allergic reaction to gluten or just blemishes but it has gotten worse and he didnt even run tests!
