What Causes Worsening White Hazy Vision While Standing, Gallstones And Stomach Ache?

Hello, my 20yo daughter is currently overseas in Laos and is having some concerning health issues. She has had white hazy vision for five days that worsens when she stands up - can t see anything but white and her heart races. The hotter the days, the worse the symptoms are. She becomes exhausted after very little activity. She is not nauseous and doesn t have a headache. In Mid 2014 she came down with a bad case of glandular fever. During this time doctors also discovered that she was celiac and had 16 gall stones in her gall bladder. She has been on a gluten and low fructose (fodmap) diet since July 2014 which has somewhat alleviated recurrent stomach pains and nausea. She has had ongoing low white cell count, swollen lymph node in her neck and has had a lot of colds and feelings of unwellness over this period. Before she left for South East Asia in March 2015 her blood count was normal and she no indicators of glandular in her blood test.
