What Causes Wound On Penis After Intercourse?

I had sex the other day, and she was to dry in her vagina but we tryed anyway then i got a "wound" on my penis then it was alot of dead skin on my penis today, i know it is not a Venereal disease but i just wonder if it will dissapear after some time?
