What Causes Wrinkles On Arm?

hello, I have had wrinkles appear on my right arm, starting from wrist on inner side (half forearm) and felt some numbness as well. they went away in an hour.

i had this several months ago as well but didn't pay much attention back then. what can it be? thank you for answer.
