What Causes Wrist Pain While Having Intercourse?

i had an arbortion in November 2010 at 8 weeks.From December 2011 until now i am suffering from right waist pain.It throbs and when i had sesual intercouse it becomes painful.I have normal menstrual period, no bleeding and discharge.I got my child born 2008 with ceaserean.Could it be the cause because i eas cleaned after arbortion by the doctor ,who insert something in my vagina and pull out blood and stuff.
