What Causes Yawning Even After Sound Sleep In A Teenager?

My 16 year old daughter is always yawning. Regardless of how much sleep she gets. She is active in a sport right now but has always been very under weight due to a very thin build. She has a healthy appetite. Not sure what to think about the yawning.
