What Causes Yeast Infection After A Vaginoplasty?

Hi I had vaginoplasty with labiaplasty abroad 3 weeks ago a few of my disolvable stitches come out three days post op was doin fine till got yeast infection then noticed on labia where stitches where splits will this heal? Also still have stitches in pernia area how long will they remain? And had a tight pullin feelin after surgery untill this past sunday now it feels wet in there is this noral or did I rip something inside of there?I have had no bleeding or fevers only the pink jello looking discharge also one of the inner labia that was trimmed looks smaller than the other is all this norm I had all surgery done with laser this is all I know was not given any post op info so if you can please help me thank you
