What Causes Yellow Anal Discharge And Abdominal Cramping?

Hi doctor, I have no idea what s going on with me. For the past few days and continuing I ve had yellow discharge from my anus, having painful bowel movements and can hardly sit down without feeling pain from Anus. I m also experiencing constant abdominal cramping and the feeling of always being tired and restlessness. What could it be?
