What Causes Yellow And Green Floating Diarrhea Post C-section?

I had a c section about 5 years ago,afterwords I started having weird greasy yellow/ green floating diarrhea, muscle and weight loss,had tons of tests but I m in a rural area,no specialists here! I ve had the camera up and down no signs of anything! Played under some device to see if my pancreas was working, all good! Any suggestions?
