What Causes Yellow And White Powdery Substance In Urine?

Hello doctor , I have a problem with my urine I guess , it appear yellow with white small tiny substance like powder I've checked it twice today , Also I got 3 cold sores on my lips and some on my cheek as well Would u help me plz , is it a UTI or virus , ?
