What Causes Yellow Blisters While On Treatment For Genital Warts?

hi, i have recently diagnosed with genital warts embarasing but unfortunatly true, i was given warticon cream to apply on the warts and it has killd them all off in a week, there is the tinyist one left and i applyd the cream to it last night.. i woke up this morning and i had 3 small yellow blisters on the bk of my forskin and one on my actual penis one of witch has burst on its own accord? there are not particuly sore but should i have it treated or will it just go without coursing infection?
