What Causes Yellow Colored Pimples Above The Lips?

Hello, I am just wondering if someone can help me. I recently noticed that my top lip has lots of yellow dots appearing on it. The yellow is getting more noticable and it's worrying me. I don't smoke etc and I work out and have started taking multi vitimins. I am a 20 year old female. Any help you could give me would be greatly appreciated.
