What Causes Yellow Discharge From Navel Post Tubal Ligation?

I recently just had a baby on 1/26/15 an I had my tubes tied afterwards. Well I no longer have the stitches an just today I had this yellowish discharge coming from the bellybutton area an I was wondering if that s signs of gangrene or what I should do???
