What Causes Yellow Discharge From The Penis After Urination?

Frequently after urinating I will notice a yellow/orange-like stain on the front of my underwear. At the end of the day it looks quiet noticeable and cause considerable embarrassment when I am changing in the fitness center’s locker room. I am a 53 year old male and I have not been sexually active in 17 years so I doubt that it is a sexually transmitted disease. This has been a daily occurrence, starting about ten years ago. Suggestions, comments? What diagnostic tests should be scheduled?
