What Causes Yellow, Liquid Discharge From Vagina After Hysterectomy?

I am post hysterectomy operation (3 weeks) and I am leaking a yellow liquid from my vagina. I have some abdominal discomfort. Is there any chance that my stitches have torn inside and that is why I am leaking fluid? Please help I am worried. Thank you
