What Causes Yellow Lumps Around The Eyes?

hi my partner has small lumps around her eyes,they are white,yellow colour.they are inside the bridge of the nose either side and on top.some1 told her it could be a calcium deficenncy.so she was wondering can they be removed or are their treatments for it.it doesnt affect her eye sight they just look a bit weird and stand out a bit.
