What Causes Yellow Mark On Left Breast And Delay In Periods?

hi. im 23 yrs old. i have a yellow mark on my left breast. i just notice it today but there is no pain. is this only a sign of pregnancy because im 12days delayed. this is the first time i got menstrual delay. i already try pregnancy test 4days ago but its negative. can u help me. thanks a lot.
