What Causes Yellow Or White Discharge From The Penis?

Hi Doc im had a injury to my left epididymitis for close to 11 years now im been perscibed all different types of anti bodies .. I frequently get this yellow somtimes white discharge from my penise before sex and after. And consistant pain it varies on different days. What do you recommand?
