What Causes Yellow/orange Brown Discharge When Urinating?

I had an eblation in Nov 2009. I have since had a period every month that lasts for 10-16 days, heavy, gross, etc. I was divorced the same month and lost my insurance so I have not been back to the DR. I now have discharge almost every time I urinate. It's like 2-3 tablespoons of it...mostly yellowy/orangy brown, looking like a large clump of sperm. When it's time for my period, it gets bloody. Before my eblation, the DR said I had 4 fibroids (internal). I just figured the discharge is from my fibroids. I wear a pantiliner everyday and a tampon everyday because of the discharge. Now, when I insert a tampon, it kind of goes sideways instead of straight up. I'm a mess. I'm trying to get insurance now, but I don't want to go to the DR until I get it because of pre-existing conditions. HELP!!!
