What Causes Yellow Pimple Under Big Toe?

Good evening I have noticed tonight my 3 year old girl has a yellow type pimple under her big toe right in the crease it does seem to have something dark in the centre, she screamed when I touched it and I hardly put any pressure on do you have my suggestions on what it could be thanks.
