What Causes Yellow Spots All Over The Body?

I have a sudden uproar of spots all over my body. Yesterday I had none other than the acne on my leg which I have had for years, and today i woke up with yellow spots, all very small, under my armpit, on my eyelids, legs, nipples, even two slight red dots on my penis, however on the skin not on the head. I am a bit concerned and confused as to how I have suddenly got all of these, and help please?
