What Causes Yellow Vaginal Discharge Along With Itchy And Swollen Vagina?

hi, I ve been experiancing an a sour smelling white/yellow discharge along with itching and sometimes becomes swollen. this has been going on for two weeks or so, and i am sexually active. but not since this started. i was wondering what it could be? or anything at home i could try to make it better?
