What Causes Yellow Vaginal Discharge While On Treatment For External Hemorrhoids?

Dear Doctors
i have a patient have external hemorrhoids and we go to a hospital in Out patient department and they diagnosis my friend got external hemorrhoid and she given a suppository faktu she take it for twice a day for 3 days and she use 4 and now she found out a yellow discharges painful when she urinate pls help me with this concern please reply immediately.thank you
