What Causes Yellowish Bruise And Pain In Arm,shoulder And Hand?

a few days ago i woke up with a bruise on my hand. it was yellowish in color. a day or two later i noticed a small bruise on my upper arm, near the shoulder. that bruise was also yellowish in color. Last night a pain started in the arm. it is mostly in the wrist,elbow, and shoulder. Though the worst of them is definitely the wrist. If i twist or bend the arm, it sends shooting pain through the area that was moved. The arm that this is occurring in is the right arm and hand. What could be a possible cause of this?
