What Causes Yellowish Discharge After Periods?

hi! im jasmin, 29 yrs old..ive been expereincing this yellowish brownish disharge and its irritates me..it started last week after my period..is this infection or what??? how can i treat this..im plannign to have a pop smear this week..thank you in advance
