What Causes Yellowish Little Specks In Stool?

I normally have light brown colored stool with small yellowish specks. My diet is LCHF, high in animal food content, and my normal LDL-c is ~280mg/dL. I believe that my body defends a very high serum TC production to support high bile production -- I have certain unusual conditions (e.g. CVID) that I believe are related.

Can you tell me what might cause the yellowish little specks in the stool?
