What Causes Yellowish, Smelly Vaginal Discharge While Being On Mirena?

I currently have the birth control Mirena and I've had it for about 3 years. But recently I've been having a yellowish vaginal discharge, Sometimes it has a smell, and it happens thru out the day (the discharge) I have to wear a liner almost everyday. Please help me!
