What Causes Yellowish Tissue Like Discharge From Vagina?

I have all the symptoms of a yeast infection so I went and brought a Monistat 7. After using it the second night I went to the bathroom and pee after wiping I saw a yellow/ green look like minus on the tissue. Is the normal or do I need to see a doctor.
