What Causes Yellowish Urine With Strong Smell Inspite Of Being On Antibiotics?

I have been on antibiotics off and on for a quite a few weeks. Have notice a pungent smell to my urine and it is always very, very yellow - no matter how much I drink. Also have a lot of itching in that area. I'm familiar with UTI but there is no burning or urgency. Very now and then there is a drop of bloody on the toilet paper but I can't tell where it is coming from and it is only a drop and very infrequent. Wondering if it could be a yeast infectionor a UTI
