What Causes Yellowish Vaginal Discharge While Having Mirena Inserted?

I got a mirena inserted novemeber 28th the same day I had big cysts removed from both ovaries. I Bled for about two weeks afterwards and I got my period again the 28th of December. I've stopped spotting but I still have o wear a panty liner because there's a yellow discharge now, should I be worried?
