What Causes Yellowish Vaginal Discharge?

My wife is still virgin, she dont have any sex drive but her vagina get wet instantly. i checked one time there was a yallow fluide around her vagina is it the normal wetness ? Also if she dont feel any sex drive how come her vagina is wet. Do let me know.
