What Causes Yellowish White Discharge From The Vagina?

I have a clear see throw white and light yellow mixed together discharge that come out my vagina a lot and it makes an musky smell and also makes my panties wet, I think its from me drinking to much water(BECAUSE I CAN GO THROUGH ABOUT 9 16.9 FL OZ OF BOTTLED WATER A DAY) and my body is just cleaning my vagina out.....please let me know what it is
