What Causes Zigzag Lined Visual Disturbance In Eye?

On my right eye I was seeing a zig zag pattern that lasted about 20 minutes. In the morning the following day, I had a burst vessel on my right eye. I also woke up with a pain on my neck and back. I have been taking ginko biloba with other supplements( a multi vitamin, vitamin D, Vitamin C, and Zinc for the last six weeks. I will go see my eye specialist to make sure everything is ok. Thank you
