What Condition Might Cause Complex Canker Sores, Gum Bleeding, And Tartar Buildup After Poor Oral Hygiene?

Firstly, I haven t been taking care of my teeth properly for around a year now. Nothing has gone except just recently I got 2 canker sore one of them a complex canker sore underneath my tongue. I went online and saw that it could be a sign of a underlying condition. Then I go to rinse my mouth out with baking soda to help the sores and see that my gum is bleeding. There is also something called tartar apparently on my teeth. What condition do you suspect I have and what should I do?
