What Coud Severe Headache With Blocked Nose During Pregnancy Suggest?

i hit my eye really hard, on sunday 2 days later am having very bad headaches and serious pain above my nose. its horrible headaches pills like Tylenol are not working, plus i have a blocked nose. I am limited with medicine because i am pregnant. now i am worried that it can be something serious. what can it be? should i take my self to the emergency room?
