What Could A Delayed Period With Cramping Indicate?

I had my implant removed in january to try for a baby with my partner. I had a period shortly after then exactly a month after that - a perfect 28 day cycle and now i am 6 days late. Im having lots of cramps ike somethings going on but ive dont multiple tests and they are all nagative...advise please
