What Could A Hard Lump In The Hoffman S Fat Pad Of My Knee Indicate And Could It Pose A Risk Of Cancer?

Hey, I have a hard lump on my knee, it’s located here: https://ibb.co/C5wrt6N, I can feel the same lump on the left side, but it’s smaller. I had an x ray of the knee, and I noticed this in the hoffmans fat pad and was wondering what this indicates? Is this some type of cancer? I’m 21, and no pain in the knee.
