What Could A Painful, Purple, Pea-sized Bump Hanging From My Clitoris That Has Grown Over Time And Occasionally Swells Be?

Heyy, I m an 18 year old female, and over the past couple months, I ve developed what started as a small bump hanging off of my clit... it would hurt and be a purple/red color, like a bruise— and now it s developed to this bump that sort of hangs off my clit, about the size of a pea, and today it got swollen and I don t even know what irritated it. It aches sometimes, and it s purple and swollen again. I can t find anything on what it might be.
