What Could A Painless Fleshy Growth Near My Tonsil For Almost A Year Indicate?

Hello, I have noticed a small fleshy growth on one side of my throat near the tonsil. No pain, no swelling, it kind of looks like another mini tonsil? I’ve had it almost a year now I’ve been trying to see a dr but COVID has really made it a nightmare to do since I travel for work. Any way I could send a picture to an ENT for an opinion?
