What Could A Painless, Whitish-yellow Lump Near The Vaginal Opening Be?

Hi, I found a lump right around the opening of my vagina, I felt it while I was sitting down, but it doesn’t really hurt. Taking a clear look at it it’s whitish yellow and protruding out, could someone please let me know what it could be, and possibly how I can get rid of it.
